This was an interesting experience, Shikari had to say. She had heard of the legendary 'night on the city', as she believed they said, where everything that had been normal on Earth before was changed, and exciting, and adventurous... And she had been quite curious.
But now... Everything was so bright, and everyone was so loud, and to someone who was completely and utterly inexperienced in these things, it was just too much for the Kwai, and she flinched slightly as a particularly racous crowd went by, watching them with wide eyes. Perhaps taking a friend would have been a good idea... But it had been a spur of the moment thing, something she decided to do when she was bored, so... Yes. She had not quite expected to do such a thing when she woke up this morning.
Deciding that perhaps a break was in order, the girl ducked into a quieter (it was not entirely quiet, yes, there were still people, but it was quieter and less bright than the outdoors, and she did not wish to venture out to attempt to find someplace more suitable) place, a small building with people sitting around and drinking. This did not seem... bad. And the chairs did not have backs!
Delighted by this discovery, the Kwai flitted over, her steps light and airy, before she gently drifted up to rest on one of the backless chairs by the long table, her wings tucked behind her and feet tucked carefully around the pole holding up the chair. Peering around curiously, Shikari waited patiently to be noticed, all the while observing, as this was an interesting experience, yes...
