It had been a simple bored task, that’s all it was. She had had nothing to do, having finished her latest robotic project, and thus decided to turn to hacking into her own network. True, it was a bit odd, considering she could just ask and they would have to let her into private stuff, but it was more fun this way, plus she was certain that there were still secrets being kept from her. Stuff from people loyal to Father, things that those in charge of it hoped would fly under the radar… Well, she’d access them. And as she scrolled, the name of a folder caught her eye. ‘Arlik’. What was that?
And thus, Alexis Luthor, head of LuthorCorp, had discovered the human chemical bomb living in her basement.
After an hour long tantrum (she was going to have to get that furniture replaced, ugh… Wodehouse!), she had made her decision. She was going to meet this ‘Condo Arlik’ for herself. And no one was going to stop her. Fine, fine, she’d wear that stupid suit, with a couple modifications, but she was going in. Let’s see who and what exactly this guy is, and what her next plan of action should be.
“Are you certain of this, Alexis?” Wodehouse asked, trailing behind the determined redhead girl as she strode defiantly down towards the lab that housed the chemical bomb. He was worried for her, as always, something that she ignored with a roll of her eyes and a toss of her hair.
“I know what I’m doing, Wodehouse. Now go make us some tea, one for me and one for him.” Her tone was curt and abrupt, and, wordlessly, her butler floated off to do such a task. Thank goodness. She was ready to do this, she had trusted people watching, just in case, Wodehouse would be back and there for her momentarily, and she was, reluctantly, wearing a protective suit. All in all, she had taken plenty of precautions, and now it was time to see those come to fruition. Time to meet him.
Without even a beat of hesitation, the girl pushed open the doors, stepping into the… room. If one could even call it that, in her personal opinion. Still, her eyes sought the reason for her being here, the whole reason for all these protections, and she smiled (though she had been informed it looked more like a smirk) slightly. “Condo Arlik, right? Alexis Luthor.”

Company was always unexpected, but someone other than the doctors that tended to him was even more unexpected...and well, the daughter of the man who owned the medical center he'd been living in for his entire life coming down to the lower levels to pay him a visit? Unheard of. That being said Condo had been caught in his shorts, changing after a shower, and quickly grabbed his bathrobe and awkwardly wrapped it around himself, his pale face beet red.
"M-Miss Luthor," he stammered, wishing there was a hole to dive into and bury himself, "n-no one told me you were g-going to be c-coming down here!"
Okay, so her sudden appearance had caused him to quickly lose track of where he had laid his pants for ten seconds longer than he'd have liked before he found them again and quickly pulled them on. Still blushing like mad, he located and pulled on a t-shirt as well--all of his clothes worn out and bland but comfortable--and bowed his head slightly.
"Um..." He scratched the back of his head nervously, not looking her in the eyes. "H-how can I be of assistance, Miss Luthor?"

Ooh, he was cute, too, and Alexis let out a small chuckle at his embarrassment, amused. He didn’t have to be quite like that, and her smirk smile grew slightly, entertained. Good, she’d have to come back down here again, if only to watch him fumble all over himself like that. A combination of cute, and entertaining. Though the latter was more what she wanted.
She was nice, though, and waited until he was dressed before starting a full conversation, only to have him ask her a question. Hm, should she ask him to call her Alexis? …Nah, not yet. If he didn’t bore her for a bit, then. “No need to assist me,” she replied, for once, waving a hand dismissively as her eyes roamed about the room. “I just didn’t know you existed until a couple days ago, and had to come meet you!” Her words were punctuated by a slight shrug, smirk smile still in place as her eyes fell upon him, once more.
“You can’t leave here, right?” Which… was a situation she’d never want to be in. Hm… Maybe there was some way to change part of her quarters, make it possible for him to be around? After all, this seemed like a bit of a touch place to do all the stuff she wanted to do, and, well, if that wasn’t possible, she’d have to give him up as a lost cause, for the most part.
She might still come back and visit occasionally, if he was still this entertaining.

"N-no, Miss," he said, shaking his head and looking at the floor. "I've lived in this room all but the first two weeks of my life. I'm...dangerous."
He winced at the word, hating that he had to admit to essentially being a walking weapon. The boy just stood there quietly a moment, fidgeting; she was the first person who wasn't a doctor he'd ever seen...and the first female, at that, that wasn't just an image on his screens or holonet games. He had positively no clue how to behave, and he quickly caught himself staring at the overall shape of her body accented by the unnecessarily tight containment suit, clearing his throat and looking away; frankly, as an academic mind, he was honestly just fascinated by the differences, but even he was aware enough to realize that it was considered rude to stare.
"I'm glad they warned you to wear the suit, Miss Luthor. I wouldn't...I wouldn't want to make you sick." It was after another odd beat that he finally smiled, unpracticed and twitchy but genuine. "I'm happy that you wanted to meet me. No one's ever really wanted to meet me, before." No one that could anyway. "I-I mean...It's nice to actually be able to talk to someone. Face to face."

She waved a dismissive hand. “You’re not dangerous. You just gotta control it, right? You’re just inexperienced.” Alexis smirked at him. “I’ve blown up more labs than the average person sees in their life, but I’m pretty sure most wouldn’t think of me as dangerous.” Again, most. She did have a bit of a reputation. “You’ve just gotta look at it differently, see the better side~.”
As for being trapped in this… box, maybe she could divert some funds to expand this, maybe give him a floor? Still wasn’t much, but this was just… If she intended to keep on visiting him, he needed something bigger. …And perhaps teach him to keep his eyes to himself. She lifted an eyebrow at his glances. Really, she understood the want, of course, who wouldn’t want to look over her body, but this was hardly the time… Still, a compliment was a compliment, even if it wasn’t said.
“Who would run this place if I got sick?” she asked rhetorically, one hand slipping off of her hip. “And it’s their loss, anyway.” With that, though, Alexis paused, before stating the idea she had been mulling on the entirety of their (admittedly short) talk. “You do need a bigger place than this, though.” She wrinkled her nose a touch, gesturing around the room. “Getting you a whole floor might be a touch better…”
There were other important projects on this floor, however, so she would have to get him an entirely new floor. Not a big deal, at all. In fact… There were some workers on that floor she needed to get rid of, and the rest could relocate nicely to here…
